Advance Notice for Changes & Adjustments

All change or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance and during regular business hours.

Note: Refunds and credits are only processed during business hours. Requests received after hours will be addressed the next business day.

Late Notice & No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Late arrivals
• Missed attendance
• Cancellations made outside of the adjustment window

If staff are available, we will do our best to accommodate. However, additional time is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Rescheduling Fees (If Applicable)

• Rescheduling before the deadline: No fee
• Rescheduling after the deadline: 25% fee based on the total reservation amount
• Multiple reschedules may be subject to additional fees, even if requested on time

Count Adjustments

For changes that result in an overpayment

• More than 7 days before the event:
  • Refund: minus 15% of the overpaid amount
  • Credit: full value of the overpaid amount
• Less than 7 days before the event (until 3 days before):
  • Refund: minus 50% of the overpaid amount
  • Credit: minus 15% of the overpaid amount
• Within 48 hours of the event or at check-in:
  • Credit only, up to 10% of the original player count
  • No refunds will be given

Note: This policy does not apply to upgrades or add-ons

Cancellation Policy

• With at least 7 business days’ notice:
  • Full credit for future use, or
  • Refund minus a 25% cancellation fee (covers administrative and processing costs)
• With less than 7 business days’ notice (until 3 days before):
  • Credit minus a 25% cancellation fee
  • No Refunds will be issued
• Within 48 hours of the event or at check-in:
  • No refunds or credits will be given

Overstay Policy

Guests or groups who remain in the facility beyond their reserved time will be charged 25% of the original booking invoice for each additional 30 minutes (or portion thereof).

Food Orders

Food is provided by a third-party caterer. In case of cancellation or rescheduling:

• Area 53 and Ferox Ninja Park are not responsible for food-related changes
• Adjustments must be made directly with the caterer
• All food-related changes are subject to availability

Final Note

All decisions regarding changes, refunds, rescheduling, and credits are at the sole discretion of Area 53 and Ferox Ninja Park Management. Terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

All refunds and credits are based on the amount paid. Credits are valid for 6 months.
