FAQs
What is the difference between a spectator and a parent player?
Parent Players: Will have access to participate with the child on the gym floor. +$20 each.
Spectator: Adult non-participants who want access to the party room and viewing areas only.
What is set up in my private party room?
All our party rooms are equipped with dining tables, food display tables, and chairs. We provide complimentary table settings (tablecloths, plates, cutlery, cups, napkins ) in solid colors: black, royal blue, or hot pink. For an additional charge, you can choose from our premium themes (details and pricing below). You’re also welcome to bring your own decorations. You can enter the party room up to 20 minutes before your scheduled time to set up. Please note that penalties will apply for any damages to the room. We have a variety of basic and supreme party rooms available, and placements are based on the size of your party and availability. While you can request a specific room, we cannot guarantee it due to these factors.
What foods can I bring in?
Our outside food policy allows only birthday cakes and cupcakes. We sell food and drinks at our concession stand, which you can order on the day of your event or pre-order up to 72 hours in advance. You can view the menu here. If you wish to bring in beverages or outside food other than cake or cupcakes, a 10% outside food and beverage fee will apply (10% of the total reservation cost). Please note that we do not allow BYOB, as we sell our own beer and hard seltzers at the concession stand.
What can I Add-On to my reservation?
Extra Time (starting at $135): Additional play time for your party. Main area only (party room time cannot be extended)
Premium Themes ($200): Includes plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, tablecloths, banners, and centerpieces all with the printed theme on them. The premium theme options are as: Ninja, Minecraft, Princess, Paw Patrol, Avengers and/or Unicorn.
Party Goodie Bags ($8 each): Include Ferox Ninja-themed bandana, small toys and treats.
1-hour Ninja class ($350 up to 15 players / $500 up to 30): During the first hour of your party, your players will learn how to do obstacles such as rings, trapeze, warped walls, parkour, trampolines, and more. All of our coaches are pro ninjas who have competed on the TV show American Ninja Warrior. We can guarantee your child will be the king or queen of the playground after this. Ninja class will occur in the jungle room or main area, depending on availability.
How can I adjust my reservation?

A party host will reach out on the week of your event to finalize all details and answer any questions. (available by Phone / Email )
Notification Requirement To adjust your booking, notify us at least 72 hours prior to your booking during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm).
Late Rescheduling Fee If you fail to adjust within the 72-hour window, but at least 24 hours before your booking (and during office hours), a rescheduling fee of 10% will be applied. All other rescheduling will incur a fee of at least 25% and depend on the arrangements that were made to prepare for your booking.
Count Adjustment Limits For adjustments (*except ticket or package upgrades, adding participants) made after the 72-hour period or upon arrival beyond 10% of the original attendee count, you have two options:
– Accept the 10% adjustment cap.
– Pay the full balance, and your request will be reviewed by management.
Credits Credits issued for adjustments will not exceed 30% of the total booking amount and must be used within 90 days.
